A refund cannot be issued in the following cases:
 If Affluent Concierge has started any work, including:
o Reviewing documents

considered “commenced” once any professional action is taken.)
 If a consultation, written opinion, or advisory session has been delivered.
 If the client withdraws after work has begun.
 If government authorities reject, delay, or request additional documents for an
application. (Government decisions are outside our control; advisory fees

If a visa or residency application is rejected by authorities, only
governmentrefundable components (if any) may be claimed directly from the
authority, subject to their rules. Example: GDRFA refunds certain fees only if the
main application is rejected.
Affluent Concierge does not control government refund timelines.
6. Engagement Termination
If a client terminates an engagement:
 Before work begins → partial refund may apply (minus admin fees).
 After work begins → no refund.
